I used this graphic to explain the user interview process we recently used at work. I added the descriptions underneath the images just now. They weren’t in the original as the image was in a slide deck and I spoke those notes while describing the process from left to right. Drawing ideas, not making art here. Using pictures to develop a shared understanding is the goal.
