Been thinking a lot on process today. Rigor and Reflection are keys, imo.
We meed to be rigorous to make sure we have clear definition, or that we have the right questions to ask. Rigor provides a standard process for us to have consistently and predictability.
Without Reflection, things don’t change. You don’t know where you can get better. If you’re practicing the wrong thing, or the right thing in an inefficient and in-effective manner, you need to know so you can pivot.
Things come in threes, they say. What’s the third R? Response?
